About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our fintech strategy across the Middle East and Africa. As a strategic leader, you'll drive growth by defining market-specific approaches, launching new ventures, and forging commercial partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing tailored strategies to differentiate our offerings across segments and geographies.
  • Leading the successful launch and operations of fintech ventures across existing markets in Oman and Saudi Arabia.
  • Growing MEA fintech revenue through innovative commercial collaborations.
  • Integrating fintech solutions into newly acquired businesses while ensuring local regulatory compliance.

Success will be measured by delivering compelling go-to-market plans, enhancing the digital customer experience, and elevating customer satisfaction standards.
