The position of Operations Manager requires a highly skilled individual to oversee critical operations, HR functions, and client relations. This role involves ensuring seamless HR processes, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Managing the recruitment cycle, including IT recruitment: assessing client needs, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, and facilitating visa applications.
  • Addressing employee concerns and implementing initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to guarantee timely invoice submissions.
  • Administering monthly payroll: gathering, verifying, and processing timesheets and attendance records.
  • Monitoring the Tender Board for new opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
  • Overseeing all client contracts: managing new and ongoing contracts, ensuring timely renewals, and handling negotiations and pricing.
  • Chairing the Tender Committee alongside the CEO.
  • Managing employee leave, tracking absences, and arranging replacements.
  • Regularly visiting clients and interacting with their Heads of Department to maintain exceptional service standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in HR and operations, preferably in a service-oriented sector.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Tendency toward tendering processes and contract management would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
