Commercial Liaison

This role is designed to facilitate seamless interactions between clients and internal departments. As a Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of client accounts, providing ongoing advice and guidance to drive business development and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients. A strong understanding of business models, operational priorities, and industry dynamics is essential to provide relevant and impactful support.

The role involves ensuring timely delivery of end-to-end services, such as business setup, licensing, permitting, and coordination of information exchange between clients and authorities. You will also act as the central liaison among internal departments, ensuring optimal coordination with the line manager, PROs, and relevant staff to support seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, objectives, and operational challenges, and maintaining regular dialogue to assess satisfaction and resolve concerns. Accurate and current records of account activities, customer interactions, and tenant requests must be maintained. Regular reports on client portfolio performance and revenue forecasts are also required.

A champion of customer-centric approach, you will collect feedback through structured and informal channels to identify areas for service improvement and proactively address concerns. Collaborating with internal teams, you will streamline processes, reduce response times, and eliminate pain points in the investor journey. Additionally, you will support the development of a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, Law, or other relevant discipline, along with 2 years' experience in a similar function. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions are necessary. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and knowledge of business development, contract management, and negotiating are also essential.
