We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to expand our presence in the DOOH advertising space.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue objectives.
  2. Manage critical client relationships, providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality results.
  3. Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement through upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that attract new partners and elevate our brand's profile.
  5. Maintain a robust online presence, publishing regular updates to engage prospects and build our reputation.
  6. Partner with internal teams to optimize the sales function and boost client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

  • No less than 5 years of sales experience in DOOH, media, or advertising.
  • A proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and client-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • A strong, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude towards teamwork.
