About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As the key point of contact for new business opportunities, you will identify and pursue revenue growth initiatives in Oman and North Africa. Your excellent industry contacts, negotiation skills, and ability to generate new accounts will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oman and North Africa
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market studies to assess potential target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Provide strategic guidance to help drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in business development and operations management
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
- Strong industry knowledge and network of contacts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
