Culinary Service Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations in our Arabic restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service teams to maintain high standards of quality and hospitality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining cultural authenticity.
  • Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation to ensure alignment with brand and cultural standards.
  • Closely coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coordination.
  • Maintain records of daily sales, service issues, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in food and beverage service, including supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Arabic cuisine, dining customs, and hospitality culture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
