Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead business development and sales efforts, manage partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), and drive client acquisition in the Omani market. To be successful, you must have extensive experience in the forex industry, a strong network, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

  • Market Expansion & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our market share in Oman.
  • Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • IB & Partner Network: Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance our market penetration.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who can represent us in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Network: A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is essential.
  • Sales & BD Expertise: Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
  • Location: You must be based in Oman.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with previous experience as a Country Manager or Business Development Head, an established reputation in the FX industry, and an existing team or network that can be mobilised quickly will be preferred.
