
Sales Performance Manager

A leading Fence Manufacturing Company based in Oman seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive/Sales Lead to drive sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local market dynamics and the ability to effectively sell fencing products to government entities, infrastructure customers, and the oil & gas industry.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales within the Middle East market. A preference will be given to candidates with experience in project sales/value-based selling, direct institutional sales, and product sales through contractors. Additionally, experience in manufacturing and steel trading is highly desirable.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to sell products/services that meet client needs, understanding customer requirements, and proposing suitable solutions. They will also need to ensure timely collection, communicate effectively with clients, and close deals by negotiating contract terms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Mapping: Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Solution Designing: Understand client problems and develop effective solutions
- Client Communication: Make technical presentations and demonstrate product value
- Closing Deals: Analyze costs, negotiate terms, and agree on conditions
- MIS Reporting: Prepare timely reports and updates
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales support, estimation, purchase, accounts, logistics, and plant personnel
