Key Deliverables

Ensure high-quality work while supporting the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, both manual and computerized as required.
  • Be able to read and understand mechanical instruction manuals, technical drawings and job instructions.
  • Operate various mechanical test equipment with ease.
  • Possess a thorough understanding and application of workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Perform routine and predictive maintenance, improving equipment uptime through proper training.
  • Efficiently and safely carry out repairs at the earliest possible time.
  • Adhere to standard practices and safety norms while working.
  • Identify and report any safety observations in the management system.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by the management team that align with company processes or product requirements.

Relationships (Internal)

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, HR, and HSE teams.

Relationships (External)

Establish effective communication with external partners, particularly AMC.

Qualifications

  • Hold a minimum ITI certification or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent physical fitness
  • Ability to perform regular routine and breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical equipment.
  • Multitasking skills are essential.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar manufacturing environments.
