Assistant Outlet Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory F&B role within a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team to achieve optimum levels of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability.
- Supervise and coordinate all business activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitor F&B costs and recommend proactive actions to enhance profitability.
- Build strong teamwork and enhance the team's commitment to their work.
- Delegating responsibilities based on ability and providing sufficient authority and resources.
- Recruit, interview, and hire suitable staff effectively.
- Communicate the vision and brand personality to the team and integrate it into business practices.
- Train staff for current roles and future growth.
- Set and communicate high performance standards.
- Recognize outstanding performance and address substandard performance fairly and promptly.
- Schedule staff according to business needs.
- Prepare the annual department business plan.
- Monitor the department's budget and take corrective actions as needed.
- Control costs while ensuring value for money for guests.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels using appropriate methods.
- Conduct regular briefings and follow-ups.
- Implement established operational standards.
- Collaborate with Accounting on inventory procedures.
Maintain buffet setups, service style, tabletop, and overall presentation to align with the hotel's image.
Seek profit enhancements by monitoring sales costs and implementing revenue-increasing activities.
Qualifications:- Experience in a supervisory F&B role within a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
- Knowledge of MICROS or similar systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
