Job Overview:

The Field Services Supervisor is a vital role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of field services at rig locations.

This position requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills to manage site operations effectively and meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the witnessing of make-up and break-out of NM tubulars
  • Inspect fiberglass pipes before and after running
  • Monitor chemicals' expiry dates and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Apply Teflon Tape and TF-15 Lubricant to equipment as required
  • Joint pipes as per approved FPI running procedures to maintain quality standards
Leadership and Motivation:
  • Train and motivate employees to perform duties to required standards and promote a culture of excellence
  • Organize and supervise subordinate activities to achieve project goals
  • Monitor work performance based on H&S Standards and client requirements
HSE and Compliance:
  • Comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental control procedures and instructions
  • Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing tasks
  • Maintain operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
Site Execution:
  • Implement and control site execution to meet schedules on time and deliver projects efficiently
  • Coordinate activities to meet budget requirements and quality standards
