Job Description

The Commercial Growth Director will lead and drive sales strategies for Harweel Integrated, focusing on business development, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth in the facilities management sector. This role requires extensive experience in selling services related to Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), BMS, HVAC, ELV, MEP, and other related systems.

  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets in the facilities management sector, with a focus on AMCs, BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP systems.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and increase revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful renewal of contracts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Regularly meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with Harweel Integrated's service offerings.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on facilities management, AMC management, and technical services such as BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of business development, client management, and sales strategy in the GCC region, with experience in Oman being preferred.
