About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HORECA Sales Executive for Oman to develop and manage client relationships within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, a solid understanding of the HORECA industry, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new clients within the HORECA industry through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients to drive interest and sales.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate internally with departments to deliver products, resolve issues, and offer post-sales support.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry in Oman.
  • Proven track record in sales within the HORECA industry at Oman.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience in selling beverages, smoothies, or related products is a plus.
