Job Title:

A Systems Integration Specialist is required to join our team.

About the Role:

The CAFM Specialist/System Integrator will be responsible for defining, configuring and testing Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems. This includes ensuring seamless integration with building systems such as BMS, IoT, and metering while establishing helpdesk protocols, asset data structures and digital handover readiness for FM go-live.

The role requires a strong technical understanding of CAFM platforms, asset management and BIM data integration. The ideal candidate should have experience in large-scale FM or infrastructure projects with a proven track record of system configuration and integration.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field is essential along with relevant certifications. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are necessary qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and configure CAFM system workflows for work order management, asset tagging and tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, breakdown and corrective actions.
  • Set up system-based Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking.
