Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to sell a product/service best suited to their requirements.
  • Design solutions to meet client needs by understanding the problem statement and proposing suitable options.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through technical presentations, demonstrations, and problem-solving throughout the process/project.
  • Analyze costs and sales, negotiate contract terms, and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  • Prepare timely reports, quotation follow-ups, and update CRM in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
  • Understand client requirements for quality, labeling, packaging, packing, and markings on export products, as well as delivery goods.
  • Stay up-to-date with government policies and tariffs on importation of goods.
  • Prepare and submit MAS documents to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in the Oman market is essential.
  • Project sales/value-based selling, direct/institutional sales, OEM preferred.
  • Sales experience to civil contracting companies, MOT, ROP, various ministries, municipalities is preferred.
  • Steel manufacturing industry experience is required.
