Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant located in Muscat. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the creation and management of purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role involves collaborating with vendors, negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Additionally, the Procurement Assistant will support the procurement team in analyzing purchasing trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Purchasing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Procurement processes
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
