Role Overview:
Majan Facilities Management
is seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented
Sales & Business Development Manager
to lead growth initiatives in the
soft services of facilities management sector
(cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, loading & unloading, support staff etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients across Oman, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
in the Oman market across sectors such as corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and government. - Develop and execute
sales strategies
to meet revenue targets and expand market share in soft services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients
, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals. - Prepare and deliver
proposals, presentations, and pricing models
tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Represent
Majan Facilities Management
at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
. - Minimum
8 years of experience
in B2B sales or business development, preferably in
facilities management (soft services)
. - Proven track record of
client acquisition and retention
preferably in the Oman or GCC market. - Strong understanding of end-to-end tendering process, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Oman driving license preferred.
