
Administration Team Leader – HR Shared Services

Administration operates in a shared service environment, providing HR related services to a user base of 10,000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim. We currently have an opportunity for Administration Team Leader, based in Muscat. Reporting to the HR Country Head - Oman, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that new company vehicles are added to the insurance policy and follow up on debit notes from the insurers.
- Ensure that vehicles transferred to automall/cancelled are properly intimated to the insurers and follow up for the credit notes.
- Ensure that the renewals of vehicle registrations are done on time, without fines.
- Ensure that the Company vehicle list is updated at all times.
- Organise contracts for office stationery and regular maintenance jobs.
- Organise insurance policy renewals well in advance.
- Process the capex form for company vehicles for approvals after verification.
- Ensure that all staff related insurance details are submitted on time, especially cancellation and follow up on the credit notes.
- Ensure that all utility bills are paid on time without any outstanding.
- Ensure that traffic fines are cleared every month.
To be successful in this role, you will be degree educated and have two to three years of commercial experience gained within an administration or human resources department. Key to your success will be your ability to communicate at all levels throughout the business as well as your strong attention to detail.
