Job Title: Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing the Braxtone Club Program, expanding the service provider network, and enhancing business relationships with clients in Oman.

Reporting: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including filing, generating reports, preparing meetings and presentations, and ordering office supplies.
  2. Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.
  3. Handle the Braxtone Club Program and expand the service provider network.
  4. Collect funds from garages and enroll service providers in the program.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze collected data.
  6. Obtain new product suppliers and market the company.
  7. Collect and analyze market data.
  8. Research to understand the business environment.
  9. Manage relationships with customers such as insurance companies, brokers, rental car agencies, and others.
  10. Arrange meetings with potential clients, including insurance companies, brokers, and agencies.
  11. Assist in managing service providers, including onboarding new providers and negotiating discounts and rates.
  12. Handle customer complaints alongside office administration.
  13. Manage public relations with Omani ministries, banks, and government offices.
  14. Assist with digital media advertising.
  15. Organize events and promotions to boost sales and company awareness in Oman.
  16. Market and secure new accounts for the RSA program and related activities.
Important Notes
  • Commission is payable only when all KPI targets are achieved.
  • Commission applies to business sourced by the BDO, with fees paid to Braxtone based on services provided or contracts signed with a 12-month minimum commitment.
  • The BDO will be assigned specific clients for business sourcing.
Educational, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience in administrative support and business development roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning.
  • Knowledge of the Omani business environment and regulations.
Working Conditions
  • Normal working hours are 45 hours per week.
  • Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.
  • Occasional business trips outside Oman may be necessary.
