Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleanliness Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff, monitoring their performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Maintenance of Cleanliness: Oversee the cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
- Inventory Control: Manage and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other consumables, reordering them as needed and ensuring they are not wasted.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction through responsive service and quality housekeeping.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and regulations, including handling cleaning chemicals safely.
- Problem-Solving: Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and make effective decisions.
- Customer Service Focus: Maintain a service-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Manage schedules, tasks, and inventory effectively.
