We are looking for a Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple product categories, including Ice cream, Chocolates, Biscuits, Wafers & Confectionery, Edible Oils, Culinary and Frozen foods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop existing customers.
  • Negotiate and conclude BDA terms, promotion and flyer deals, display plans with major retailers.
  • Foster strong business relationships with key account holders and ensure timely collections.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • MBA degree in business or management related field.
