About The JobWe are recruiting a talented fragrance advisor to join our Dubai team. As a fragrance advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and providing expert advice. Your primary objective will be to build relationships with key customers, maintain store standards, and drive sales while fostering customer loyalty.
Main Responsibilities- Provide personalized customer service by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and recommending products.
- Develop and maintain high brand knowledge through training and product expertise.
- Ensure adherence to product/hygiene guidelines and brand values as outlined in the brand guideline.
- Rotate stock effectively to showcase new products while maintaining minimum display quantities and adhering to brand VM guidelines.
- Maintain store appearance and housekeeping standards, including window displays, testers, and glorifiers.
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate replenishment needs or customer demands to the Line Manager.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, including customer database cards, personal sales summary sheets, promotional activity feedbacks, action plans, and other business requirements.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- You will possess a High School Certification Level education and basic Fragrance skills training.
- You will have 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience.
