About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's office, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining the dignity and decorum of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate activities to ensure smooth operation of the CEO's office.
- Assist the CEO in all day-to-day activities, including travel arrangements and self-correspondence.
- Manage documentation and maintain a filing system.
- Coordinate with drivers on administration-related activities.
- Coordinate with HR&A on all administrative matters.
Job Specification:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have experience in managing administrative tasks and providing high-level support to senior executives.
