Job Opportunity for Marketing Professional:

Junior Brand Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Brand Manager to support the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for a leading FMCG Multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share expansion.
  2. Manage brand communications, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  3. Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and consumer behavior.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beverage industry, with a strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing strategies.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools, with excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Experience includes:

  1. 5-6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis.
  2. Successful management of digital marketing and social media campaigns, driving engagement and brand visibility.

Skills required:

  1. Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
  2. Excellent presentation and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and market trends.
