Job Title: Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee the administration, coordination, and evaluation of documentation processes. The primary focus is to review and establish necessary mechanisms for documentation activities under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify Letter of Credit drafts received from customers.
  • Review and check Letter of Credit final drafts.
  • Follow up with banks on swift LC receipts.
  • Review and verify Letter of Credit receipts from local banks and share confirmations with CRR to create financial documents.
  • Review final NNDs.
  • Rectify discrepancies received from local banks if any.
  • Follow up with banks on courier documents.
  • Share all documents sent to banks with CRR.
  • Follow up with banks on money collections.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles from the banking or finance sector.
  • Finance Trade Certificate preferred; expertise in UCP 600 and incoterms.
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate data entry into various systems.
  • General knowledge of GCC and international shipping practices advantageous.
  • Graduate in any discipline.

Omani nationals only will be considered as per customer requirements.
