Job Title

Sales Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Channel Development Manager to promote our products and services, building strong relationships with new and existing hotel customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will identify potential customers, maintain contact, and deliver presentations of our products. They will meet annual sales goals, manage customer data, and provide feedback to enhance product functionality.

  • Promote products and services to hotel customers.
  • Maintain contact with new and existing customers to advertise product sales.
  • Deliver presentations of our products at conferences and customer sites.
  • Meet sales goals and targets.
  • Manage customer data accurately and up-to-date.
  • Test new product releases to support product development.
  • Provide feedback to enhance product functionality.
  • Negotiate agreement terms and close sales.
  • Monitor competitors and identify business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HOTEL CUSTOMERS TO INCREASE PRODUCT SALES.
  3. DELIVER EFFECTIVE PRESENTATIONS TO PROMOTE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
  4. MANAGE CUSTOMER DATA ACCURATELY AND UP-TO-DATE.
  5. CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A college diploma or 2-3 years related experience in customer-associated sales.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years related experience in customer-associated sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with food products line and customer base.
  • Valid driving license.
