We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Delivery Partner Manager. This key position will be responsible for managing and growing our network of delivery partners, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our delivery partner network to meet demand in each city
  • Enhance partner operational capabilities through training and communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with all delivery partners across the country
  • Ensure 100% compliance among delivery partners and their riders
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize processes and products used by delivery partners
  • Work closely with the operations team to develop rewards and penalties for delivery partners and manage them on a day-to-day basis
  • Take responsibility for achieving rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals in assigned regions
  • Communicate the elimination of underperforming partners
  • Complete assigned tasks within the department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in related areas such as rider growth and partner management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of the rider and 3PL market trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
