Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Force professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the 3C industry, with experience in mobile phone sales and human management. They should be familiar with human management systems and KPI rulemaking, and have relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage new front stores, including maintenance and upgrade;

2. Supervise the output and implementation of display standards;

3. Manage position-related budgets and verify costs;

4. Connect with headquarters and local suppliers for procurement, transportation, and installation of display counters;

5. Monitor and optimize inefficient fronts;

6. Ensure front store management is aligned with RMS system processes.

Requirements:

1. 3C industry background experience with mobile phone experience preferred;

2. Familiarity with human management systems and KPI rulemaking;

3. Relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting;

4. Clear landing logic for human output and people-store matching;

5. English working language proficiency, Arabic preferred.
