Drive Customer Loyalty and Growth
As a seasoned professional in customer management, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty. Key Account Managers play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the diagnostics field.
Main Responsibilities:
- To achieve sales objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- To develop and implement tailored solutions and offerings that meet the unique needs of end-users.
- To partner with Application Specialists to optimize product evaluations and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
- To collaborate closely with Channel Partners to align on common objectives for business growth.
- To act as the first point of contact for end-users and provide exceptional support to resolve any service-related issues.
- To manage opportunities using Sales Force.com (SFDC), ensuring a healthy sales funnel and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Familiarity with Beckman Coulter products is highly desirable.
