Restaurant Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations in Muscat, Oman.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Manage and train staff, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Maintain inventory and control costs.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
  2. Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and staff motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
