Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Operations Manager. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of daily tasks, and providing support to administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative operations role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management preferred.
