A Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability. As the head of our office services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our business centre.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local market to exceed set targets.
  • Maximise service revenue by up-selling variable services to new and existing customers.
  • Pursue leads through local companies, partnerships, and brokers to generate new sales.
  • Effectively manage leads throughout the sales process to close deals.
Operations and Financial Management:
  • Accountable for Centre profitability, Centre performance, and success through P&L management.
  • Drive revenue by consistently maximising all service revenue.
  • Manage the renewal process to retain customers at a profitable margin.
  • Maximise occupancy and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customer expansion requirements.
Customer Service:
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships while meeting customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Ensure the centre team delivers exceptional customer service and effectively handles customer needs.
Leadership:
  • Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading, and developing a centre team.
  • Set clear performance expectations for each team member and hold them accountable for results.

The ideal candidate should have experience in self-generating new business leads, excellent account management skills, and proven ability to manage and motivate teams. They should also possess strong organisational skills, including prioritisation, multitasking, and flexibility under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining successful business relationships.
