Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be a technical expert in customer delivery engineering with strong leadership skills. The position involves leading customer delivery engagements, providing escalation support, and driving customer technology transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for large scale solutions and complex issues.
  • Drive customer technology transitions and influence solution architectures and services.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders to showcase the value of Cisco services and solutions to customers.
  • Mentor and develop others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent plus 8+ years related experience.
  • 7 years of experience.
  • CCIE (DC or Enterprise).
  • Optional: Experience with Cisco Firepower.
