
Technical Customer Service Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will be a technical expert in customer delivery engineering with strong leadership skills. The position involves leading customer delivery engagements, providing escalation support, and driving customer technology transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for large scale solutions and complex issues.
- Drive customer technology transitions and influence solution architectures and services.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders to showcase the value of Cisco services and solutions to customers.
- Mentor and develop others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent plus 8+ years related experience.
- 7 years of experience.
- CCIE (DC or Enterprise).
- Optional: Experience with Cisco Firepower.
