We are seeking a high-end restaurant professional in Muscat to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. They will also communicate with guests in both English and their preferred language, making menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Communicating with guests in multiple languages
  • Making menu recommendations
  • Handling guest complaints or concerns

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in both English and the language preferred by the majority of our guests (e.g. Arabic)
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and can work well under pressure.
