We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Manager to lead and drive sales strategies for Harweel Integrated, focusing on business development, client management, and revenue growth in the facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in the facilities management sector, with a focus on AMC management, BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and increase revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful renewal of contracts.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on facilities management, AMC management, and technical services such as BMS, HVAC, ELV, and MEP.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Extensive knowledge of business development, client management, and sales strategy in the GCC region, with experience in Oman being preferred.
