Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales/Marketing
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and enquiry handling within the local market to exceed set targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively up-selling variable services to new and existing customers.
  • Pursue leads through partnerships, brokers, and local companies to expand customer base.
  • Manage leads and update CRM system throughout the sales process to close deals efficiently.
Operations/Financial Management
  • Ensure centre profitability, performance, and success through effective P&L management.
  • Maximize service revenue by consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Develop strategies to retain existing customers at profitable margins.
  • Proactively manage customer expansion requirements to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Customer Service
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to meet satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and efficient handling of customer needs.
Leadership
  • Recruit, induct, train, manage, motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing centre team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
