Project Manager - Oman Market

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our efforts in the Oman market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing projects and will be responsible for setting up and organizing field execution for our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead all project implementation efforts in the Oman market.
  • To set-up and organize field execution for the team, ensuring they are ready to implement projects in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
  • Arrange appointments with network partners, negotiate entry fees, procedures, and approval procedures for activation programs.
  • Create annual plans (project roadmaps) per area/location/representative and program.
  • Arrange appointments with institution administrations/officers to present campaigns.
  • Negotiate and finalize entry fees, procedures, and approval procedures for activation programs on premises.
  • Ensure list of entry fees and governmental approvals are updated, valid, and accurate.
  • Report on institutions' details and other information requested by management.
  • Recruit and train a team of promoters to conduct programs across different channels.
  • Understand and present local regulations for conducting programs in different institutions.
  • Distribute materials/samples/products to target groups of respective programs.
  • Perform quality control checks on promoters, their presentations, and overall performance.
  • Create weekly/monthly/annual reports on project execution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
  • Good understanding of marketing and promotional programs industry.
  • Professional qualifications in relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Valid Oman driving license and own car.
