Food and Beverage Service Manager Job Description

The Food and Beverage Service Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our culinary operations. Reporting to the F&B leadership, this position is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and staff performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily food and beverage service operations to maintain exceptional standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and support service staff during shifts, promoting adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Monitor service flow, table setup, cleanliness, and presentation across all assigned food and beverage areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth food and beverage delivery.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, including HACCP regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and shift coverage as needed.
  • Oversee inventory management, requisitions, and supply availability.
  • Support promotional initiatives, theme nights, and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to daily sales, service issues, and staff performance.
