Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced chef to showcase their skills, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring seamless food production, quality control, and high standards of customer service. They will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop menus, manage inventory, and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to set menu prices, manage inventory, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure effective time management, prioritization, and delegation to maintain smooth kitchen operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results, promote teamwork, and foster a positive working environment.
**Requirements:**
  • Proven track record as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, and/or relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards.
