We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Representative to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in and check-out processes, credit card handling, complaint resolution, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. He/She will also have a thorough understanding of all applicable standards in terms of quality, sustainability, and hygiene of the Rooms Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service through efficient front office operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and escalate them appropriately.
  • Assist in billing and invoice preparation.
  • Prepare reports according to company standards.
  • Update registration cards according to company standards.
