Arabian Oud seeks a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to manage the front desk in our Masqat, Oman office. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining office security.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain office security by ensuring visitor logs and providing access control when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or receptionist training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, and computers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
