Job Summary
The Accounts Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial accuracy and compliance. This position involves managing supplier invoices, petty cash, and preparing monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders
• Manage petty cash funds for day-to-day operational expenses
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and service providers
• Reconcile supplier statements with company records

Requirements:
• Minimum 03 to 05 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Department (preferably Gulf experience)
• B.COM/M.COM/CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification

Benefits:
• OMR 350 to 450 salary range based on qualification/experience

  • Supplier Invoice Verification and Booking: Ensuring accurate and compliant invoices, preparing and processing payments, and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Petty Cash Handling: Managing small cash funds, maintaining receipts, and periodically reconciling the cash balance.
  • Preparation of Monthly Reports: Compiling and generating financial reports for management review and decision-making.
  • VAT Accounting and Report Preparation: Recording VAT transactions accurately and preparing VAT returns.
  • Other Finance/Accounts Departmental Activities: Supporting internal audits, budgeting, record-keeping, policy updates, and departmental coordination.
