Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services team in Muscat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in an administration or human resources department. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that new company vehicles are added to the insurance policy and follow up on debit notes from the insurers.
  2. Ensure that vehicles transferred to Automall/Cancelled are properly intimated to the insurers and follow up for credit notes.
  3. Ensure that vehicle registrations are renewed on time without fines.
  4. Update the Company vehicle list at all times.
  5. Organise contracts for office stationery and regular maintenance jobs.
  6. Arrange for insurance policy renewals well in advance.
  7. Process capex forms for company vehicles for approvals after verification.
  8. Ensure that staff-related insurance details are submitted on time, especially cancellations and follow up on credit notes.
  9. Ensure that utility bills are paid on time without any outstanding.
  10. Clear traffic fines every month.
