Job Summary

The Human Resources & Administration Lead will play a key role in the effective management of human resources, administration, and logistics. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily front office activities, managing recruitment operations, maintaining staff records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular departmental reports, track budget utilization, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of requested reports.
  • Insurance and Records Management: Maintain and update staff records, including details of dependents, for submission to the insurance company.
  • HR Department Support: Assist in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and operations.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Task Execution: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Recruitment & HR Services Manager.
