Key Accountabilities

The Human Resources & Administration Lead will be accountable for the following key areas:

  1. Recruitment Operations: Manage recruitment timelines, coordinate candidate interviews and selection processes, and prepare Letters of Offer.
  2. Contract and Budget Management: Oversee administrative contracts, ensure compliance with supply chain policies, and monitor and report budget utilization.
  3. Staff Services and Insurance: Ensure timely issuance of medical and insurance cards, maintain high-quality medical and insurance services, and address and resolve insurance-related issues.
  4. Travel, Transport, and Accommodation: Manage travel and accommodation logistics, ensure cost efficiency, and supervise travel requests through ERP.
  5. General Administration and Office Operations: Oversee reception, utilities, and office services, manage office inventory and stationery, and ensure efficient staff administrative requests and business support processes.
