About the Role
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at HARWEEL INTEGRATED.
Responsibilities
">- Lead the sales team and drive them to meet and exceed sales targets in the facilities management sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Monitor and track sales performance to provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead, train, and develop the sales team.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge.
Requirements
">- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on facilities management, AMC management, and technical services.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong background in sales negotiations, contract management, and customer relationship management.
