Restaurant Management Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining consistency in atmosphere, signature drinks, and culinary offerings in accordance with international brand standards.
  • Preparing regular financial and product reports to inform decision-making.
  • Analyzing departmental costs and implementing corrective measures to optimize performance against budget.
  • Developing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements to manage staffing costs.
  • Coordinating the preparation of the annual departmental budget and working to achieve it by monitoring and controlling operations.
  • Overseeing the implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental manual.
  • Ensuring adherence to opening and closing procedures, bill paying procedures, and conducting effective shift briefings.
  • Encouraging and motivating staff to provide exceptional service during all shifts.
  • Sharing customer feedback with the Chef and Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Developing and implementing promotions calendars for F&B products.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4–5-star hotel.
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages, including alcohol.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and micros operating systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
