
Front Office Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As the face of our hotel, the Front Office Manager will oversee all front office functions, ensuring efficient service, smooth guest check-in/check-out procedures, and the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily front office operations: including check-ins, check-outs, guest services, and reservations.
- Manage and train front desk staff: concierge, bell desk, and night auditors.
- Ensure outstanding guest service: handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain room availability: coordinate with housekeeping for efficient room status updates.
- Collaborate with other departments: ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare front office budgets: manage labour costs within budget.
- Monitor and analyse guest satisfaction trends: take action to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance: with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain front office systems: and technology.
- Proven experience: as a Front Office Manager or in a supervisory front desk role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills: leadership, and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities: and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software: e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar PMS.
- Ability to handle stressful situations: with a calm and professional demeanour.
- Flexible schedule: including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management: or related field preferred.
