Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class assistance to insureds throughout the claims process while directing cases to satisfactory resolutions.
- Supervise motor claims surveyors to ensure service delivery of the Oman claims department.
- Pursue necessary claim documents and maintain close coordination with agencies, garages, and brokers.
- Report on market feedback to the claims manager and provide market value of damaged salvage vehicles.
- Reduce average cost per claim by negotiating discounts with agencies and garages.
