The role of People and General Services Manager involves overseeing the Human Resources and General Services function. This includes monitoring HR systems, policies, and procedures, as well as directing office services and employee acquisition, development, and compensation within the framework of established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to departmental strategy development and oversee its implementation to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the department's team of direct and indirect reports through effective recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning to maximize team performance.
  • Manage daily operations by providing expertise, enabling teamwork, and aligning processes to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets.
  • Develop and consolidate the departmental budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to exercise financial authority within established limits.
  • Manage HR initiatives/projects that contribute to operational goals and provide a competitive advantage.
  • Recommend cost-effective systems and processes to implement the HR strategy and manage people and processes effectively.
  • Manage General Services pertaining to all employees, administrative team, and governmental requirements to ensure proper adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Design and develop a competitive compensation and benefits strategy ensuring consistency with industry trends and benchmarks while achieving strategic objectives.
  • Manage the organizational growth ambition by being a strategic advisor to the leadership team on Talent Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, with Arabic language skills also desirable.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management, with at least 4 years at a supervisory level.
